Credibility is King. The credibility of an injured worker is something that will be tested throughout the case.

If you are injured at work and don’t think that you need immediate medical treatment, calling your employers attention to the injury by text message or email is prudent/advisable.

If you are injured at work and the injury does not occur directly in front of the employer (manager/supervisor), request a claim form or get one off the Internet and give/email it to your manager/supervisor.

Most California Workers Compensation cases start with an employee filing a claim with his/her employer for an injury at work.
